Day 1: Route/Location: Jakarta - Madinah
Day 1 “Saturday” March 4th, 2025
- 03:00: Gathering in the waiting room airport
- 04:00: Distribution of travel documents for the group
- 04:30: Head towards the departure lounge
- 07:50: Take off to Madinah with Saudia Airlines “SV 825”
- 13:35: Arrival at Madinah Airport and immigration process
- 15:00: Checking of luggage upon arrival by Uhud staff in Madinah
- Heading to Madinah Hotel
- Checking in at Madina Hotel
Day 2: Rute / Location: Madinah
Day 2 “Sunday” March 5, 2025
- Visiting Raudha in Masjid Nabawi (the tomb of Prophet Muhammad & Companions)
- Performing prayer and other Sunnah worship at Masjid Nabawi
Day 3: Route/Location: Madinah
Monday, March 6th, 2025
- Visit to Masjid Quba, stop at the date palm gardens, Jabal Uhud and Masjid Qiblatain
- Study at Hotel (tentative time)
- Perform prayer and other Sunnah worship at Masjid Nabawi (tentative time)
Day 4: Route/Location: Madinah - Mecca
Day 4 “Tuesday” March 7th, 2025
- Luggage and other bags are collected in front of each room
- Taking a bath for Ihram preparation
- Wearing Ihram from the hotel and
- checking out Heading to Mecca
- Arriving in Mecca. Checking in to the hotel in Mecca

Flight & Hotel Booking – Confirmed round-trip tickets and accommodation arrangements.
Travel Insurance – Highly recommended for health, safety, and trip cancellation coverage.
Health & Fitness – Ensure you are medically fit for travel, especially for pilgrimages.
Local Regulations – Be aware of any specific travel regulations (e.g., dress code, cultural norms) for the destination.
Mahram Requirement – Women under 45 must travel with a Mahram unless part of a group package.
